1. What's special about the Hitpad's button layout?
The Hitpad uses a standard 12-button layout with 6 additional function keys. The extra buttons are positioned to avoid accidental presses during gameplay, and all buttons can be remapped using our web-based configurator.
2. What is the difference between Luke and Zanku switches?
Luke is heavier (40g actuation, 2.0mm bottom-out) — every press feels deliberate, with fewer accidental triggers. Zanku is lighter (37g actuation, 1.8mm bottom-out) — inputs register faster, ideal for rapid directional changes.

3. Do I need to install drivers to use the Hitpad?
No. The Hitpad works plug-and-play on PC and Switch. For remapping and advanced settings, you can use our web-based configurator at drv.hjkgaming.com — no software installation required, and changes apply instantly without restarting.
